We collect information strictly necessary to facilitate institutional business transactions, investor relations, and aviation operations, including:

• Institutional Contact Data: Name, professional title, corporate email address, institution/fund name, and telephone numbers submitted via our contact and download forms.
• Virtual Data Room Requests: Qualification data, accredited investor verification parameters, and confidentiality preferences.
• Technical Telemetry: Standard web analytics (via Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager) used solely for performance optimization, language localization, and security audits.

3. Purpose and Legal Basis of Processing

Information collected is used exclusively for:

• Evaluating investor eligibility for Stage 1–4 private placement offerings ($200M USD capital program).
• Delivering requested executive summaries (e.g., Document EX 200) and scheduling bilateral executive briefings.
• Facilitating aviation service contracts across MRO (Overhaul), AOC flight operations, electric FBO handling, and spare parts leasing.
